Practicing the Way

A Bible Study Series with John Mark Comer

What does it actually look like to follow Jesus in the everyday rhythms of life?

Join us for an ongoing Bible study journey through Practicing the Way with John Mark Comer. Over the coming months, we’ll explore five foundational spiritual practices that have shaped the lives of followers of Jesus throughout history: Prayer, Scripture, Sabbath, Solitude, and Fasting.

Together, we’ll discover how these practices can move beyond simply being things we know about and become rhythms that help shape who we are. Each practice invites us to slow down, create space for God, listen for His voice, and intentionally order our lives around following Jesus.

From learning to cultivate a deeper and more consistent prayer life, to allowing Scripture to shape our thoughts and actions; from rediscovering the gift of Sabbath rest, to embracing solitude and learning to be still with God; and finally, exploring the spiritual discipline of fasting—we’ll take time to learn, discuss, reflect, and consider what it looks like to put these practices into our own lives.

This series will continue throughout the year and into June, giving us plenty of time to explore each practice thoughtfully and, most importantly, put it into practice.

Come ready to learn, grow, and discover what it means to practice the way of Jesus.

Be with Jesus. Become like Him. Do as He did.
